Dr Christine Thevathasan is an obstetrician and gynaecologist practicing in Malvern and Brighton in Melbourne, Victoria.
Dr Thevathasan grew up in Melbourne, Victoria and as a result has a heart for the women of the Malvern and Brighton areas of Melbourne. She graduated from Monash University with an honours degree in Medicine in 1986.
Two years of internship at the Alfred Hospital followed and she was then accepted into an Obstetrics & Gynaecology (O&G) training programme at Monash Medical Centre, Mercy Hospital for Women, Bendigo Base, PANCH and another two years in Canterbury, England.
In 1997, Dr Thevathasan was awarded the Fellowship in O&G and she opened her practice in Malvern and Bayside Brighton.
Today, Dr Christine Thevathasan and her team go out of their way to provide excellent pre-pregnancy, pregnancy and delivery care for both women and their babies.
