Dr Tzippora Ben- Harim is a broadly trained obstetrician and gynaecologist.
Born in Israel, Tzippi studied medicine worked for several years in general practice including service as a doctor in the Israeli army. She is fluent in both Hebrew and English. Tzippi returned to complete her specialist training in obstetrics and gynaecology at Meir Tertiary Hospital. In 2011 Tzippi relocated with her family to Melbourne, where she undertook two years further uro-gynaecology fellowship training at The Royal Women’s Hospital. In 2013 Tzippi was awarded FRANZCOG (Fellowship of the Royal Australia and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists).
From 2014 onwards, Tzippi has held consultant appointments at Sandringham Hospital and Latrobe Regional Hospital, where she now leads the Obstetrics and Gynaecology service. Tzippi enjoys practicing in general gynaecology, and provides expert management of uterine bleeding problems, contraception and colposcopy. Her interests include urogynacology and urinary continence control, vaginal prolapse and holistic menopause symptom management.
Tzippi is experienced, competent and kind. She provides compassionate gynaecological care to women through every stage of life.
